بررسی همبستگی میان شاخصهای سفالومتریک APDI, Wits, ANB, AFA, BF-AF, FABA و تاثیر عوامل ژئومتریک بر آنها

Abstract:
سابقه و هدف: با توجه به اهمیت اندازه گیری شاخص های FABA, AFBF, AFA, APDI, Wits, ANB جهت ارزیابی رابطه قدامی خلفی اپیکالی بیس ها و بخصوص تشخیص و طبقه بندی اکلوژن ها، مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی و شناخت عواملی که بطور ژئومتریک آنها را تحت تاثیر قرار می دهند، انجام گرفت. مواد و روشها: تحقیق به روش توصیفی و بر روی 234 عدد سفالوگرام مربوط به 141 دختر و 93 پسر که همگی دارای صورت متناسب و متقارن با اکلوژن نرمال بودند انجام گردید و ضریب همبستگی پارامترهای فوق تعیین شد. یافته ها: شاخص Wit's نسبت به سایر شاخصها کمتر تحت تاثیر عوامل ژئومتریک قرار می گیرد. نتیجه گیری: از مطالعه حاضر نتیجه گیری می شود که بهتر است جهت ارزیابی رابطه قدامی – خلفی فکین و اپیکال بیسها نسبت به همان شاخص Wits استفاده گردد.
